Service Description

Mr. Orr offers robust, full-service representation before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), also known as the Immigration Court). Available services include: Asylum; Withholding of Removal; Protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT); Cancellation of Removal; and more. Representation is available for single, standalone hearings (i.e., preliminary “Master Calendar Hearings” and Individual Hearings), or start-to-finish representation in all aspects of the case.
